existing agency

  • Chefs Plate looks at performance on a CPA basis and prioritizes LTV at scale

  • The agency that achieved lowest CPA and highest conversion rate would take over full management of the account

  • Both agencies had a 65/35 split towards prospecting, and had to provide clear, frequent insights and data with quality learnings

 

The Results

After a 6 week test:

  • Acquire achieved a greater CPA reduction week over week

  • Acquire’s reporting was more consistent, frequent and reliable through the use of data visualization tools, weekly performance overviews and daily updates

  • Overall, Acquire scored higher on insights, testing and speed and ultimately won the head to head, taking over full account management

Creative Testing

Acquire tested 1600 ads in the duration of the head to head while our competitor tested 400. Acquire tested multiple design templates, video concepts and copy variations whereas the competitor focused solely on copy variations.

Structured Campaign Strategy

Acquire took a bold strategy towards the discount test by utilizing the discount towards the bottom of funnel- yielding higher CTRs and better long term outlook.
